I am passionate about orthopedics, pelvic health, and the intersection of these two specialties.

I strive to consider a person's entire movement history, abilities, experiences, and preferences when developing a treatment plan to help them reach their goals. Stress and fear can play a role in how we move, so we may talk about that as well.

Using a comprehensive assessment approach, I look at functional relationships, biomechanics, and interregional dependencies throughout the body so we can optimize your capacity for movement and performance from head to toe. I emphasize education and active techniques, so you are empowered throughout your recovery.
